Email Payslips

This product provides the facility to Email Payslips to Employees. Each employee can be marked as allowing or not allowing Emailing. A password can also be set against each individual employee. Before the Payslip is printed, the user can choose if the output should be paper payslips, email payslips or all hard copy. If a password has been set for an employee, the Payslip PDF will be encrypted with the password using 128 bit technology. If the user selects email payslips they can also attach additional documents and/or add comments to the body of the email. The Payslips can be selected by Employee profile.

Email P60s

This product provides the facility to Email P60 End of Year Returns to Employees. Each employee can be marked as allowing or not allowing Emailing. A password can also be set against each individual employee. Before the P60 is printed, the user can choose if the output should be paper P60s, email P60s or all hard copy. If a password has been set for an employee, the P60 PDF will be encrypted with the password using 128 bit technology.

Please Note: Email P60s is an additional feature of Email Payslips.

Email P45s

This product provides the facility to Email P45s to Employees. Each employee can be marked as allowing or not allowing Emailing. A password can also be set against each individual employee. Before the P45 is printed, the user can choose if the output should be paper P45s, email P45s or all hard copy. If a password has been set for an employee, the P45 PDF will be encrypted with the password using 128 bit technology.
