Overview

MJM Bridge WMS MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is a module that uses sales orders and forecasts, along with purchase and works orders, to create plans for what needs to be purchased and when. This helps ensure that all parts and products are available when needed. Effortlessly integrate the MRP module with your existing Bridge WMS for a unified and efficient workflow.

Supplier Products

This shows the products each supplier offers and their prices. You can also see the minimum and maximum stock levels, the quantity on open orders, and how these affects current stock. It also displays the amount of stock needed to meet outstanding orders and maintain minimum stock levels.

Pending Orders

Pending orders are created within this manager, once finalised you can conveniently create a purchase order for the required amount with the click of a button across multiple suppliers.

Suppliers and Products

A separate tab for suppliers and products keeps all necessary information in one place, eliminating the need to open multiple managers. You can generate reports to view stock levels from specific suppliers. Utilising historical business data, accurately forecast future material requirements and plan proactively.

• Easily see predicted stock levels based on open orders.
• View minimum and maximum stock levels.
• View the reorder quantity and suggested reorder quantity.
• Filter by supplier or product.
• Product History to show how much has been sold over the last 12 months.

Special Prices

This price is offered for ordering a specific quantity over a certain period. You can easily add and modify these prices on the desktop. This tab also shows the economic order quantity, which is the amount needed to get the best price.
