Product Overview:

Allows user to change the unique codes for accounts, stock & job records and updates all historic transactional occurrences (including bespoke fields) with the new code. CK Recode also allows the user to merge accounts and caters for bulk recoding in a batch via a CSV file. The utility also allows for recoding of sales codes & supply codes. Available for sales, purchase, nominal, stock & costing.

Key Functionality:

• Recoding can be done individually or in a batch – a list of codes to import can be imported from a csv file

• Allows user to merge accounts if an existing code is entered

• Can also be setup to include 3rd party bespoke fields in Recoding process

• A full audit trail report is produced

• Easy to use with full Opera “look-and-feel”
