Allows the end user to copy a whole Opera 3 company dataset into a new company on the same system very easily and conveniently.

 

Key Functionality:

 

• Allows you to easily copy an entire Opera company dataset company

• Options to select modules to copy or merge (headers only)

• Automatic update of NEXTID table and Nominal ID

• Source accounts be recoded by adding a prefix or restructuring the accounts based on a pattern using the CK Recode engine

• Validation routine to check for duplicates when merging – duplicate report produced with option to ignore duplicates in the source company

• Options to clear data in target company before copying/merging, delete source data when completed, copy deleted records and delete obsolete PDF files in target company
