Capital Gold: Upgrade Cover

Ensuring You Always have the Latest Updates

You can take out an Upgrade Cover contract for Capital Gold Accounts or Capital Gold Payroll products either directly with Pegasus or through your Certified Partner.

Upgrade Cover entitles you to receive software updates as soon as they are released; ensuring that you always have the most up to date version of your Pegasus product. If you take out Upgrade Cover with your Partner, we will make these updates available to them, who will then pass them onto you. If you take out Upgrade Cover directly with Pegasus, we will send the updates directly to you.

Please note: Upgrade Cover does not entitle you to software support with Pegasus or your Partner.


Capital Gold: Support Cover

Help When You Really Need It

Support Cover for Capital Gold Accounts or Capital Gold Payroll products entitles you to the latest legislative, maintenance and enhancement releases, together with unlimited e-mail and web support directly with Pegasus Software.

In addition, you are entitled to telephone* assistance with up to five support incidents a year.

Our online support has the advantage of being available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. This means that whenever you have a software query, advice is only a mouse click away. Our secure website includes release information, assistance with activating your software, plus details of known issues, error messages and frequently asked questions.

Capital Gold: Platinum Cover

Ensuring Complete Peace of Mind

Platinum Support Cover for Capital Gold Accounts or Capital Gold Payroll products entitles you to the latest legislative, maintenance and enhancement releases, together with unlimited e-mail, web support and telephone* support directly with Pegasus Software.

Our online support has the advantage of being available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. This means that whenever you have a software query, advice is only a mouse click away. Our secure website includes release information, assistance with activating your software, plus details of known issues, error messages and frequently asked questions.

Support via a Pegasus Partner

Support Cover and Platinum Support Cover are not your only options for support; Partners also offer support for Capital Gold products. Our Partners are trained by us to provide the support you need, and because you develop a personal relationship with your Partner, you can choose a contract that best suits you - telephone support, on-site support, annual contract, ad hoc basis - the choices are extensive.
