With a field-based workforce spread across a number of sectors including public sector, leisure, facilities management and healthcare, payroll administration was previously a significant overhead for Swiftclean. Printing and postage costs were high, and weekly calls from employees who hadn’t received their payslips through the post, and therefore wanted a breakdown of earnings, were not uncommon.

Fully integrated with Opera 3 Payroll & HR, Payroll Self Service now enables Swiftclean’s employees to securely view and manage their personal data such as holiday entitlement and payslips at any time, on mobile devices over a web browser. In addition to removing time and cost from HR processes, it provides a more efficient HR service to employees.
