Pegasus launches Opera II Version 6

New Document Management and Executive Dashboard Modules to drive efficiency, boost productivity and support green initiatives
Pegasus Software, the leading supplier of accounting and business software to UK SMEs, today announced that it has launched version 6 of its market leading Opera II solution.  Opera II Version 6 will provide a new Document Management module and an Executive Dashboard module.  Executive Dashboards extends Pegasus’ business intelligence and analysis tools and workflow process is introduced through Document Management.

Document management captures, and stores all documents centrally, including invoices, sales orders, timesheets, and supplier correspondence, enabling instant access to users. It also, retrieves, and reports an audit trail to assist you in reducing costs and improving productivity.  It supports green initiatives through reducing the need for multiple paper copies and vast storage space, and allowing you to meet legislative and other data storage requirements.

Executive Dashboards provide a visually stunning, graphical representation of key business information in real-time, enabling business executives to access the right information in the right format at the right time to make better informed decisions.  Accessed through an internet browser, to allow remote access, the dashboard can drill down into as much detail as is required – whether it is a chart depicting company expenditure or down to the document image such as a specific invoice.  

These modules extend the value of Opera II through helping to store, retrieve and interpret data.  Greater data manipulation and graphical and in-depth data analysis helps to shape business strategy.
