Pegasus announces latest version of Opera 3

Opera 3 (1.20) set to enhance CRM, Supply Chain Management and Document Management capabilities

Pegasus Software announced the availability of the latest version of its flagship software solution, Opera 3.  Building on the integrated Finance; Payroll & HR; Business Intelligence; Supply Chain; Document Management; CRM and Service & Helpdesk Management capabilities of the solution, the latest version includes a number of new applications and enhancements to evolve and strengthen its functionality.

With over 60 enhancements, Opera 3’s CRM has been boosted to provide users with a new summary scheduler, designed to improve call management and associated resource planning.  It also incorporates a feature which enables users to consolidate planned maintenance calls for equipment items, eliminating the need to create individual calls and duplicate effort. 

In addition to CRM improvements, its Supply Chain Management functionality has been enhanced to enable product information to be extracted from Opera 3 Stock Control, and allocated to worksheets for relevant personnel to perform manual counts. On completion, management can run a cross-check, resolve discrepancies, make corrections and post adjustments back into Opera 3 to automatically update stock levels.

Document Management has a new application, Document Management Desktop, which enables employees who are not users of Opera 3 to capture documents and access stored documents.  And a new notification service means that messages can be distributed to users or groups of users, about a planned shutdown, directly through the Opera 3 interface.
