Pegasus Outperforms Market in Payroll Survey

Ease of use, value for money and overall user satisfaction rank Pegasus Software as one of the top two suppliers in Payroll World’s annual Software User Satisfaction Survey

Pegasus has outperformed the market in a survey of payroll software users, published by Payroll World magazine.  Pegasus was awarded top scores against a number of criteria, including ease of use, value for money and quality of project management, whilst outperforming 14 of the 16 software providers in terms of overall user perception and satisfaction.   

The survey polled 400 payroll users, focusing on the 16 packages most commonly used.  Respondents were asked to rate each suppliers’ system on a number of attributes against a five point scale, with five being exceptional and one being very poor.  Pegasus Software scored between four and five in 17 of the 20 categories, and ranked second out of 16 overall. 

When asked about specific functions which make a big difference to usability and effectiveness, users cited reporting, uploading and downloading data to/from spreadsheets, and ease of integration as key benefits of Pegasus Software’s Opera II and Opera 3 Payroll solutions.
