Integrated with the Opera 3 Sales Ledger, the Credit Management Centre provides a series of key, easy to use dashboard views that provides ‘one stop shop’ for all your credit control needs.
Instantly view the overall financial position of your Company all from one central Location. Identify where your money is and drill down to the detail behind: your company Turnover, Aged Invoice and Total Invoice Debt. Visually monitor your Customer Debts and pin point who’s got your cash, ordered by who owes you the most. Clear financial Ratios are all at your fingertips, such as average debtor and creditor days, invoice summary and promised payments. All of which allows you to be proactive, and keep an eye on how your credit control team is performing.
Company View
At the heart of the Credit Management Centre, are the tools that allow Credit Controllers to organise and manage overdue Customer Accounts and Transactions. Customers can be filtered into user definable credit management groups; enabling the attention to be focused on those customers that will make the biggest difference to your bank balance. Diary actions can be entered, amended, and marked for follow up; and promised payments can be recorded and reported on; and individual transaction or account level.
It’s a ‘one-stop’ credit control location that also provides historical information and quick access to the Sales Ledger record and Customer Account View. Accounts can be marked as ‘on’ or ‘off’ stop, have their credit limit increased or decreased, be moved into a more appropriate credit management group either individually or in bulk. Statements, debtors letters and copy invoices can all be printed, eliminating the need to navigate to other areas of the system.
Accounts View
Looking at customer transactions, it is possible to mark individual or multiple invoices as disputed or undisputed. Promised to Pay by amounts and dates can also be recorded against specific Invoices or Accounts.
A Diary view provides an effective list of all actions that need to be done; helping you maintain a structured approach to your credit control processes. You can control which of your staff are able to view sensitive company data, and whether they are able to view actions of other members of the credit management team.
All relevant Credit Management reports have been added to the Credit Management Centre, for ease of use and access. Including; Statements, Debtors letters and new reports such as Diary Actions and Promised Payments, both of which can be exported directly to MS Excel for further manipulation and analysis.
The Credit Management Centre integrates with Pegasus XRL, Pegasus Dashboards and Pegasus Instant Messenger (PIM), and Notification Services.
