As an existing customer of Pegasus, join us for a short demonstration of our next generation of Opera - Opera 3.
Opera 3 will enable you to output reports to Excel, submit VAT100 returns online, get a more accurate stock valuation with Landed Costs, make better decisions with improved reporting and much more!
We will demonstrate to you the new Stocktake application, which extracts product information from Opera 3, so that stock items can be allocated to worksheets for a manual count. On completion, management can run a cross-check, resolve discrepancies, make corrections and post adjustments back into Opera 3 to automatically update stock levels.
We will also show you the new Task Scheduler which enables you to schedule tasks, such as a Sales, Purchase or Nominal period - end and data back-ups - outside of working hours, minimising disruption to staff. In addition, Notification Services enables you to distribute messages and enforce an automatic shutdown of Opera 3 users and restrict them from logging in to the system.
And we will demonstrate to you the Open Period Accounting functionality, which enables nominal ledger periods to remain open in previous, current and up to the next three financial years, so you can post transactions to these periods. And there is so much more, including full integration with Microsoft Office 2010 and a new, modern Windows 7 User Interface, so you are working on the most up to date business solution available.
