Pegasus launches Sales Pipeline Management module for Opera II

Opera II SPM will enable organisations to actively manage and optimise their sales pipeline, driving business growth and improving customer relationships.
A recently conducted McKinsey survey indicated that improved sales pipeline management could result in increased revenue of between two and ten percent. Key improvements of an active SPM programme include increasing the number of new opportunities, increasing average deal size and decreasing the length of the sales cycle.
To achieve these benefits, Opera II SPM enables businesses to capture prospect contact information, identify the opportunity and closure probability, manage the relationship process through the entire sales cycle and deliver reports on customer / prospect profitability.
